For most of us, April 15th is not an especially fun day. But for kids – it just might be!
This year on April 15th, Howell Parks and Recreation is hosting a one-of-a-kind spring event: The Marshmallow Drop and Moon Glow!
Designed for children from 0-8, the fun begins when a helicopter flies over the field and drops thousands of soft, white marshmallows. This will be followed by a nighttime Easter egg hunt – please bring your own flashlight!
The fun begins at 6:00 PM and runs until 9:00; all participants must register ahead of time, and the deadline is noon on April 15th. There will be no registration at the event that night. Cost is $10.00 per child.
The event will be held at the Genoa Athletic Fields, located at 2911 Dorr Road, Howell, MI, 48843, less than a half-hour drive from Hidden Lake.
